- General sales support, for example, tendering, sales tracking, and financial calculations
- You’ll become a superuser for our CRM-system and Marketautomation
- Active telemarketing to existing and potential customers
- Work on updating the website, newsletter, direct mail campaigns, development of sales/marketing material
As a sales/market coordinator, you are responsible for several key features that make the daily sales work. Duties include to receiving customer requests and to delegate to the appropriate salesperson, responsible for sales follow-up and production of statistics, administrate and update the company’s social media and the ability to run and manage their own projects on the department. To fit into this role, we encourage you to have several years of experience in the role of sales/market coordinator. You are familiar with how a sales department works and how the flow looks like.
You are a talented administrator who thrives in a varied role with many contacts. Furthermore, you have good computer skills and also express yourself well in writing. Good knowledge in the Microsoft Office with focus on PowerPoint is a requirement for this service. It also important to be communicative since this job involves many internal and external contacts. We prefer if you have experience in tendering and working with CRM systems.
