Halmstad Golfklubb in Tylösand was named Sweden’s best golf course in 2014 when the World Golf Awards had its gala and awards ceremony in Portugal this weekend.
Club director Christian Jakobsson from Halmstad Golfklubb is one of Quicksearchs greatest ambassadors and is working actively according to the Net Promoter System model for costumer focus operations every day.
In a usability study that Quicksearch conducted last spring, Christian was interviewed and it was revealed that he uses Quicksearch’s Net Promoter System to increase customer loyalty and engage employees through feedback from the players. He follows their result and compares it with clubs nearby and throughout Sweden. He reacts directly on negative feedback and contact disgruntled players and use positive feedback to strengthen the employees by sending it forward to the employees. He also has the opportunity to use positive comments to display the positive review from other players.
According to Christian is Quicksearch’s Feedbacksystem the first thing that he opens in the morning every day!
On an annual basis Halmstad Golfklubb invites customers into a customer council to discuss what the club can do to become even better and raising their NPS.
