All our missions needs to have a clear delivery criteria and customer value (output) specified in the offer and contract. We review this at the project start and we follow up at the delivery.

In every project we do a needs analysis after a while and we describe your opportunities and challenges. We always offer analysis and education on how you can use feedback (and Quicksearch) so that you get maximal customer benefit..
4) We check to see that its correct with the feedback.
Every project has quality assurance operations. Continuously during the project we follow up on the delivery and eventual deviations is documented and addressed. As customer you will get an explanation on what has happened, the time when the error is corrected and what has been/shall be done to ensure that the problem wont happen again.
5) Customer service as it should be.
In cooperation we are responsible for taking advantage of knowledge, practices, possibilities and experiences. With effective systems we will give quick service and handle eventual changes in people.
