Beskrivning

The report gives business travelers’ views on the shortcomings and areas for improvement that are within the travel industry throughout the entire travel process from booking to trip implementation and finishing. They rank the industry’s key areas of improvement for next year at a general level, and then in detail the activities of each area which travel providers shall focus on next year. The survey and the report are aiming to give a picture of the expectations customers (business travelers) will have on travel providers and stakeholders in the Nordic business travel market.
